  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM IST will be processed the next business day.

  • If there is a delay due to high order volume or stock availability, we will notify you via email or phone.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We partner with reliable courier services to ensure timely delivery.

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (depending on location).

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (available for select pin codes at an additional cost).

  • Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen factors such as weather, strikes, or courier delays.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and selected shipping method.

  • Free shipping may be offered during promotional periods or for orders above a specified value.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real-time.

5. Delivery Areas

  • We ship across India.

  • Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.

  • If your order is lost in transit, we will work with the courier service to resolve the issue and send you a replacement or issue a refund.

7. Incorrect Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing an order.

  • Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer will not be eligible for a free replacement or refund.
